HLB Building the Future
The focus of the HLB 'Building the Future' Executive Leadership programme is on the challenging aspects of leading and managing professional practices, developed and led by professors from the University of Cambridge. This programme brings together an international cohort of HLB members, combining virtual learning with an immersive experience at Cambridge. Participants gain insights into promoting long-lasting innovation, blending corporate and entrepreneurial approaches, implementing new business models, and exploring service design. Additionally, it provides frameworks for embedding a high-performance culture, maximising organisational effectiveness, and supporting ESG initiatives. The blend of virtual and in-person elements ensures a global perspective on leadership and innovation in professional services.
HLB Engage
HLB Engage is a bespoke development programme for our Leaders of the Future.
A series of focused sessions; the programme exposes our Future Leaders to the power of international collaboration, relationship building and how to leverage our global expertise.
Through learning about a consultative approach and tools on how to collaborate and create impactful international proposals, our Future Leaders develop new skills and are positioned to better compete with larger firms.
Delivered virtually, with one final in-person session, the programme is led by the prestigious Rainmakers company and developed specifically for HLB based on our network strategy ‘Innovative People, Brighter Futures’.
"A talent-centric business strategy ensures agility and responsiveness in adapting to market shifts. At HLB, we recognise that the right skills in the right areas have the potential to propel businesses forward, and for this reason, talent management should be embedded into the core operational processes."
